We are seeking technical proposals from qualified mobile app developers or agencies to design, build, and deploy a game currency top-up application. The platform features an in-app wallet system, a categorized game catalog (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings, Freefire, etc.), automated top-up fulfillment, and localized payment processing.

Note: We are accepting competitive proposals. Candidates are requested to submit a technical architecture outline, project timeline, and budget estimate.

Core Technical Requirements:

• Mobile Frontend: Dark-themed iOS & Android app (Flutter/React Native) with game categories, wallet dashboard, order history, announcement banners, and support routing.

• In-App Wallet Architecture: Secure digital wallet supporting local currency (MMK/ks), balance ledger tracking, auto-deduction upon purchase, and full transaction history.

• Localized Payment Verification Workflows:

  • Automated Processing: Integration with local payment APIs/gateways where available for instant wallet cash-ins.

  • Semi-Automated / Manual Verification: Admin dashboard interface to verify user-submitted Transaction IDs / Txn Screenshots (e.g., KPay, Wave Pay, CB Bank, KBZ Bank) with quick-approve/reject actions that credit user balances instantly.

• Game API / Supplier Integration: Backend connection to top-up supplier APIs (e.g., Smile One, UniPin, Moogold) for automatic diamond/game currency delivery upon payment.

• Admin Control Panel: Management suite for approving wallet top-ups, adjusting exchange rates, updating game listings, and viewing sales analytics.
